<P><BR><STRONG>越南北部著名旅遊景點「下龍灣」發生遊船沉沒事件，造成十二人死亡後，越南港務局表示已暫停「下龍灣」所有水上過夜活動，也在考慮是否自此予以禁止。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>「下龍灣」是越南最受歡迎的旅遊勝地之一，不少遊船設有餐廳和客房，供遊客水上過夜。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>遊船業者表示，發生這樣的意外一點不讓人意外，因為這些遊船的設計不當，缺乏先進的電子設備，船員們也沒有受過適當的訓練。</STRONG></P>
